Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product does not meet specifications .                                                                                                             

Artificial trees are not returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or fault in the product .                                                                                                                           

Since our products are not ready-made, we prepare them as quickly as possible upon request so we can ship your order as soon as possible .
